Ascension : From The Editors (Kitty & Amanda)
Submitted by The Islander (Islander Editors) 02.06.2011 (Article Archived on 16.06.2011)

Hello Readers,

What a week – it has been brilliant to listen to the fantastic sounds of the RAF Band who has entertained us throughout the weekend – thank you and well done to all of you. You are very welcome to visit us anytime!

It is with great sadness that we have learnt of Mr Pauncefort’s passing.  Our deepest condolences are extended to his family.

We hope that you enjoy some of the articles that we compiled this week – many thanks to those of you who we called on for information.

We hope that you all have a great weekend!

Kitty & Amanda

Good evening,
If I wanted to learn more about how people are employed on Ascension island who could I contact?  A chamber of commerce perhaps?

Kindest Regards
