Dear All, Please be advised that the sailing of the MV "Anvil Point" from the UK has been delayed and is now expected to arrive at Ascension on Thursday, 24 June.

Dear All,

Please be advised that the sailing of the MV "Anvil Point" from the UK has been delayed and is now expected to arrive at Ascension on Thursday, 24 June.

All details of cargo to be shipped to the UK or to the Falkland Islands on this vessel, must be sent to the Shipping Office by no later than 12 noon on Friday, 18 June, in order that Applications for Shipment can be made to DSCOM (MoD) in the UK. Regretfully, any details of cargo not received by this time can not be shipped.

Once approval has been granted, all break bulk cargo should be delivered to the Warehouse by 0800 hrs on Monday, 21 June. You are reminded that all personal effects being shipped to the UK, must be accompanied by a C3 - Customs Form in order for it to pass through Customs in the UK. These forms can be collected from the Shipping Office and returned to the Shipping Office upon delivering the goods. We are unable to accept any personal effects without this form.

Containers and vehicles to be shipped to the UK or the Falkland Islands should be delivered to the pier head no later than 1200 hrs on Thursday, 24 June.

If you should require any further information, please feel free to contact the Shipping Office on telephone 6244.
Best regards,
Kitty
