Restaurant Waiting Staff required
from January 2010

The Obsidian is looking to employ part-time Restaurant Waiting Staff to wait on tables in the Hotel’s Restaurant and assist in the Kitchen.  Evening work is typically between 6.30 pm and 9.30pm and can be on any night of the week (Wait staff will be given a rota showing which nights they are required, which in turn depends on the number of dinner bookings.)  Interested persons should call our Chef, Jon Gadadhar, at the Hotel (tel. 6246) or see him in person from 6.30pm at the Anchor Inn.
