The cenotaph for Jack Bowen, RCA employee, has yet to be restored.  It's location is off the site known as the weather rocket launch pad used by PAA Weather in the early era of the Eastern Test Range.  The marker is located below the pad and on the rocks.  Someone has randomly placed the broken pieces to wrongly spell his name.  I made the memorial in the 1960's after he was washed off the rocks, at night, while fishing.  Age 27. It should be restored.  Regards, Charles Elgas RCA Asc 1961-1970
