The Obsidian Hotel, Ascension, is about to re-launch its Restaurant and Bar once our new Chef, Martin Benjamin, joins us in October. 

At this exciting time we have a vacancy for a Catering Assistant to assist Martin providing cooked meals for both the Hotel’s Guests and Ascension Public.  No formal qualification or previous experience is necessary, rather we seek an individual with enthusiasm for learning to cook and a friendly character who will enjoy working for Guests and with Colleagues.
