Ascension : 1ST ASCENSION ISLAND SCOUTS CENTENARY WORLD JAMBOREE

This week, 5 of our Explorer Scouts - Ricco Williams, Richard Henry, Jonah Williams, Alex Thomas and Corey Anthony, will be flying out to the UK to represent Ascension Island at the Centenary World Scout Jamboree.
This week, 5 of our Explorer Scouts - Ricco Williams, Richard Henry, Jonah Williams, Alex Thomas and Corey Anthony, will be flying out to the UK to represent Ascension Island at the Centenary World Scout Jamboree.
The Jamboree is being held at Hyland`s Wood Scout Centre in Essex from 27th July – 8th August.
The event is regarded as second only to Olympic Games in size with 40,000 Scouts expected to camp from every country in the World (except 3 – N. Korea, Cuba and Laos).
We hope the guys will have the time of their lives and look forward to hearing all about it when they return.
