Please see below for a notice regarding the increase of passage fares on board the RMS St Helena, as released by Mr Donald Hawkes, General Manager of AWS:


" Following a review of passenger fares and freight tariffs the Governor in Council has agreed that fares and tariffs for the RMS St Helena will increase. On average the increase to the cost of travelling between St Helena and Ascension will be in the region of £25 across A and B deck grades. Similarly, the average increase in the total cost of travelling between St Helena and Cape Town on A or B deck will be in the region of £36.


There will be no increase in the cost of travelling on C deck.


Freight tariffs have already been published and have taken effect from Voyage 101.    Increases in passenger fares will be effective from Voyage 110 onwards and details can be obtained agents.”
