Ascension : FAREWELL TO COLIN AND PAM BENJAMIN ASCENSION ISLAND 21ST SEPTEMBER 1985 TO 29TH MAY 2007
Submitted by The Islander (Ascension Island Government) 24.05.2007 (Article Archived on 07.06.2007)

The Administrator Mr Michael Hill and Mrs Hill hosted a farewell drinks and presentation party last Thursday 17th May at the Council Chamber, in Honour of Colin and Pam who sadly will be leaving us on Tuesday 29th May after nearly 22 years service on the island.

Colin was employed as a Senior Mechanic first by Ascension Island Services and then the Agency followed by AIG.  He was also one of our Vehicle Examiners having taken up this appointment in 2000.

We would like to pay tribute to Colin for his dedicated service to the island and we wish both him and Pam a long healthy and happy retirement on St Helena.
