Ascension : From The Editors
Submitted by The Islander (Nathan Prince) 26.04.2007 (Article Archived on 10.05.2007)

Dear Readers, We have had an extra pair of hands this week.Fiona has been getting to grips with editing.

This is the last time that Cheryl and I will be editing the Islander as we are leaving.Cheryl leaves on next Tuesday nights flight(all being well) and I leave on the 19th May .

We have both really enjoyed editing the paper, even though at times it can be very frustrating!!

It does cause a huge amount of laughs..

                                              Cheryl & Catherine

The Islander urgently requires volunteer editors and printers to help produce the paper.

If we cannot get any more editors or printers we may have to print The Islander less often.

So anybody out their who can spare a few hours every 4/6 weeks please give

Jacqui Ellick a call on 6329.

Full training is given and you don’t need to be a computer wiz, and it’s interesting and sometimes very funny.
