Public Talk by the St Helena National Trust

On Wednesday 18th October 2006, at the Conservation Centre a public talk was given by Cathy Hopkins the director of the St Helena National Trust and a presentation by Gavin Ellick (Eddy Duff), St Helena National Trust Conservation Officer about the St Helena Wire Bird. It was a very successful session and it was interesting to know about the different activities of the Trust, and what is being done to protect the Endemic Wirebird as the species are decreasing by 10% each year.
