During the absence of the Administrator from Ascension Island, His Excellency the Governor has, in accordance with section 2 of the Ascension Island Administrator Ordinance and section 18(1) of the Interpretation Ordinance, appointed Mrs Nicola Jayne Kerslake, Director of Financial Services, to be Acting Administrator of Ascension Island with effect from 13 October and until the substantive Administrator returns to Ascension Island.
