VT Communications has a vacancy for a full-time Building Maintenance Worker. The post holder is responsible to the Building Maintenance Supervisor for painting and refurbishment of properties,

 

Vacancy for Building Maintenance Worker
VT Communications has a vacancy for a full-time Building Maintenance Worker. The post holder is responsible to the Building Maintenance Supervisor for painting and refurbishment of  properties, and minor repairs to fittings including guttering, windows, doors, gates, fencing, locks & hinges, cupboards, shelving and basic plumbing works.
This is a full time post offered on a single status contract basis with accommodation and messing provided.
Essential
The applicant must:-
be industrious, proactive and work to a high standard.
be able to prioritise tasks and work without supervision.
have an understanding of paint systems and preparation of surfaces.
have knowledge and experience of general household repair.
have good Health & Safety awareness.
possess a clean driving licence.
