Monday the 17th of April, the monthly medal for April was played, a very good turn out of 17 players for the bank holiday.

Monday the 17th of April, the monthly medal for April was played, a very good turn out of 17 players for the bank holiday.


The results were, two ball pool was won by Lawson Henry, 16 balls to Lawson, Pie O,Dean didnt fancy joining in for some reason,


In the medal scores were pretty good all round for the day, but the two winners on the day were, runner-up Lawson Henry with nett 69, gross 70, good scoring Lawson, the overall winner on the day was Dale Josias with a nett 64, handicap cut is a must, well played Dale good scoring.


This was followed by a fish fry, and what a fish fry, steam bass,conger,grouper,wahoo,tuna, terrific everyone there lapped it up,


thanks to Dutch for all the cooking and preparation, and for those of you who missed out, shame.........................


This coming Sunday the 30th of April is the ADF GREENSOME at the golf club, this will be two person greensome over 18 holes shotgun start at 0830 approx, please sign up at the golf club and support the ADF, entry fee will be a bottle of wine  for each two person team, which will be donated to the bottle stall at the ADF IN May, so come along and enjoy the day, sign up on notice board at golf club, hpoefully food will be arranged for the day , see you all there, keep swinging, clubs I mean..............
