Ascension : Golf News

This forthcoming Sunday the 2nd April 2006, the golf club will be hosting the Saints Club Annual Texas Scramble, three person team event over 18 holes, this will be stableford scoring system, 9/32 of total handicap, with a shotgun start at 0830hrs sharp.

This forthcoming Sunday the 2nd April 2006, the golf club will be hosting the Saints Club Annual Texas Scramble, three person team event over 18 holes, this will be stableford scoring system, 9/32 of total handicap, with a shotgun start at 0830hrs sharp.
There will be prizes/trophies for first,second and third also nearest the pin and longest drive.
The presentation of prizes will be held in the Saints Club at 1.30pm Sunday afternoon, followed by curry lunch, mixed music and a good afternoon for all, so after the golf go home get cleaned up and we will see you there at 1.30pm.
This month’s monthly medal will be played on the 09th April 2006, starting at 0815hrs.  18 holes medal singles play.
On the 30th of April 2006, the golf club will be holding, the annual ADF scramble in aid of the church, this will be a two person Texas Scramble starting at 0830hrs sharp. There will be a charge of four pounds per team or bring a bottle of wine per team, whichever you prefer, it will help the funds for the ADF.
I will keep you updated with any changes that may occur, to any tournaments that are mentioned above.
