No doubt there are times when we are asked to do something that we stop and ask ourselves the question am I capable of taking this on and have I got sufficient faith in myself to see it through?

Perhaps the disciples found themselves in a similar situation when they made their request to Jesus to increase their faith. Because they had been with him for sometime listening to his teaching and seeing what he had been doing they found it too much for their small faith to handle hence their request to Jesus.
Jesus responded by telling them ‘If you had faith no bigger than a mustard seed, you could say to this mulberry tree, “Be rooted up and planted in the sea” and it would obey you.
What he said to them and also to us is what faith, even as small as mustard seed, can do.
Have a pleasant week
