St-Mary's Church - Ascension Island
Dear Friends
This coming Sunday is Palm Sunday. We will meet outside the Children's Church at 10.30 for the blessing and distribution of Palm Crosses and then process to St. Mary's for the celebration of the Holy Eucharist. We hope that you will be able to join us.
Holy Week and Easter is drawing near. A list of the special services will be posted in the Church Notice Boards and in the next edition of "The Islander".
I would like to remind members of the congregation again of the Easter Vestry Meeting which will take place after the 10.30 Eucharist on Sunday 18 April. If you haven't already done so, now is the time to make up your minds who you would like to represent you on the Parish Council, plus two Churchwardens and Alternate Wardens. Nomination forms are still available at the back of the Church.
