The following case was heard in the Magistrates’ Court on Thursday 25th February 2010:-

 

ASCENSION MAGISTRATES’ COURT

 

The following case was heard in the Magistrates’ Court on Thursday 25th February 2010:-

 

COLIN JAMES THOMAS, aged 38, pleaded guilty to a charge of assault occasioning actual bodily harm.

 

The Court heard that the charge arose from an incident which occurred on 24th January 2010.

 

Mr Thomas, who was represented by Lay Advocate Mr Nicholas Hobson, MBE, was convicted and ordered to pay a fine and costs totalling £90.
