ASCENSION MAGISTRATES’ COURT

The following case was heard in the Magistrates’ Court on Thursday 25^th February 2010:-

COLIN JAMES THOMAS, aged 38, pleaded guilty to a charge of assault occasioning actual bodily harm.

The Court heard that the charge arose from an incident which occurred on 24^th January 2010.

Mr Thomas, who was represented by Lay Advocate Mr Nicholas Hobson, MBE, was convicted and ordered to pay a fine and costs totalling £90.
