The following case was heard in the Magistrates’ Court today Tuesday 16th February 2010:-

 

ASCENSION MAGISTRATES’ COURT

 

The following case was heard in the Magistrates’ Court today Tuesday 16th February 2010:-

 

JULIAN DEAN FULLER, aged 27, pleaded guilty to charges of failing to report and driving with excess alcohol.

 

The Court heard that the charges arose from an accident which occurred on 13th December 2009.

 

Mr Fuller, who was represented by Lay Advocate Mr Nicholas Hobson, MBE, was convicted and ordered to pay fines and costs totalling £370.  He was disqualified from driving for 15 months.
