Ascension : Best Wishes to Verena Benjamin
Submitted by The Islander (Islander Internet Editor) 11.02.2010 (Article Archived on 25.02.2010)

Dear Editor, May I through this medium express my best wishes for the future to Verena Benjamin.

Verena did all of her schooling at Two Boats and I have had the pleasure of teaching her and seeing her mature both personally and professionally.

Verena you have done yourself, your parents and those of us at TBS who taught you proud!

You have worked hard and undertook an extremely tough job under difficult circumstances.  You have demonstrated your aptitude in this area with total professionalism.

It is such a big shame your employer didn’t recognise your skills and ability.

As the old saying goes ‘the water is not missed until the well runs dry’.

All the very best for the future!

Colin Duncan
