“Thanks for seeing us so quickly” said the grateful man to Johnny the Dentist.

“As I said on the phone, it’s a bit of an emergency because this toothache’s come

at the wrong time, we are flying out to Brize tonight as I have a very important Church meeting tomorrow in London. Please take it out as quickly as possible, don’t worry about pain killers or anything like that, just yank it out

“Well I think I ought to warn you that it will be very painful if I don’t use anything.”

explained Johnny.

“Not to worry, just get a move on”.

“OK. I think you’re very brave , just pop up into the chair for me please.”

The man turned to his wife and said, “you heard what he said, Jenny, sit up in the chair.”
