The following case was heard in the Magistrates’ Court on Thursday 9th July 2009:-

 

ASCENSION MAGISTRATES’ COURT

 

The following case was heard in the Magistrates’ Court on Thursday 9th July 2009:-

 

NIGEL STUART PETERS, aged 37, pleaded guilty to a charge of fear or provocation of violence.

 

The Court heard that the charge arose from an incident which occurred at Two Boats Club, Crater Road, on Saturday 30th May 2009.

 

Mr Peters, who was represented by Lay Advocate, Mr Lawson Henry, was convicted and ordered to pay a fine and costs totalling £65.
