Ascension Day falls on 21 May this year which is also St. Helena’s Day.

As usual the Ascension Day Fair takes place on the Saturday following Ascension Day.  The Fair is an annual fund raising event for St. Mary’s Parish.

Every year a committee is elected whose primary function is to organise the Fair. We are extremely grateful to Larry Poultney for taking on the Chairmanship again and of course our thanks to the new members of the committee.

Over the years we have lost a number of people who were great supporters of the Fair but we still have a lot to be thankful for as there are still people here ready and willing to give their support in a number of ways.

We look forward to have you join us on Saturday afternoon and trust that you will have a peaceful and enjoyable week.

 ASCENSION DAY, THURSDAY 21 MAY.  Holy Eucharist will be celebrated at 7pm.
