ASCENSION: The showery season seems to have come early this year as some sharp showers developed over Green mountain and drifted towards the Airhead and Georgetown. Still warm though with the high humidity from the showers making it feel rather sticky at times.

ST. HELENA: In St Helena there have been a lot of rain showers giving a wet week though these have been interspersed by some spells of sunshine to help warm the days.

UK: The UK has seen some cold and fairly unsettled weather with gales in the Northwest and heavy rain affecting many parts of the Country as a low pressures stayed firmly in charge.

FALKLANDS:A fairly unsettled week here too with gales and spells of rain interspersed by some sunny warm weather.

Forecast for the next few days
Wednesday - Risk of some light showers developing over the Island otherwise dry with highs near 29 Degrees and light to moderate Southeast winds.

Thursday – Increasing risk of showers, particularly overnight when they may be heavy with the chance of thunder. Southeast winds increasing and becoming gusty. Highs of 29 Degrees.

Friday – Heavy showers in the morning then becoming dry in the afternoon but turning windy with gusty winds of 33 mph and choppy seas. High 30 Degrees.

Saturday – Fine and mainly dry with winds decreasing and highs 29 Degrees.

Sunday – Fine and dry with light winds and a good deal of sunshine Highs near 31 Degrees.
