Ascension : INTERIM REGISTER OF ELECTORS 2008

In accordance with the Interim Registration of Electors Order, 2008 made under the Island Council (Temporary Provisions) Ordinance 2008,

a Provisional Interim Register of Electors was drawn up and published on the official notice board outside the Administrator’s Office on 13^th of August 2008. Members of the public were previously advised to check their name had been correctly included in the Provisional Interim Register and were also advised how to apply to have the Provisional Interim Register amended.

On receipt of all applications, the Provisional Interim Register has been amended. No appeals having been made to the Magistrates’ Court within 7 seven days of any decision to amend being taken, you are hereby notified that the Final Interim Register of Electors is today published on the official notice board in accordance with Regulation 8 of the Interim Registration of Electors Order, 2008.
