Ascension : News From One Boat Golf Club

16 Players entered this weeks tournament which was the Cancelled October Medal.


16 Players entered this weeks tournament which was the Cancelled October Medal.  Second place was tied with a net 69 between James Brews and Lawson Henry, with Lawson winning on countback.  The winner with a net 67 was Willie Todd a vast improvement on his outing in the open, well done Willie!


 


The Two-Ball Competition was won by Alex Turner, James Brews and Norman Thomas all received 6- ball each.


 


This week’s tournament is sponsored by members of Georgetown Golf Club and will be a Two Person Texas Scramble.  There are lots of prizes on offer so make sure you put your names on the sign up sheet on the Notice Board at the Club House.  Tee off will be 8.30am on Sunday 30th November.


 


Due to unforeseen circumstances the Disco and Live Band that was due to take place at the Golf Club on Saturday night 29th November is postponed and will be rescheduled for the New Year.
