Ascension : ASCENSION MAGISTRATES’ COURT

KASSIE KAYLEE LOUISE DUNCAN, aged 19, appeared in the Ascension Magistrates’ Court on Monday 3 March 08

The following case was heard in the Magistrates’ Court this week:-

 

KASSIE KAYLEE LOUISE DUNCAN, aged 19, appeared in the Ascension Magistrates’ Court on Monday 3 March 08 and pleaded Guilty to a charge of Burglary.

 

The Court heard that the charge arose from an incident which occurred on the US Base on Friday 22 February 2008.

 

Miss Duncan, who was represented by Lay Advocate Mr Lawson Henry, was ordered to pay fines and costs totalling £65.
