The Ascension Island Government is seeking to recruit a temporary cleaner from 21 December 2007 to 11 February 2008 to cover a leave period.

The Ascension Island Government is seeking to recruit a temporary cleaner from 21 December 2007 to 11 February 2008 to cover a leave period.  The successful applicant will be required to clean offices, Georgetown Swimming Pool and the occasional bungalow.

The salary for the post is £4,500 per annum including a food allowance of £2,688 per annum and will be subject to local tax.  Accommodation will be provided.

Duties will include daily sweeping, polishing, toilet cleaning, bin emptying and window cleaning.  A Job description is available on request.
