Ascension : ASCENSION MAGISTRATES’ COURT

The following case was heard in the Magistrates’ Court last week:-

 

The following case was heard in the Magistrates’ Court last week:-

OLIVER PATRICK O’DEAN, aged 21, of Travellers Hill, appeared in the Ascension Magistrates’ Court on Thursday 15 November 07 and pleaded Guilty to a charge of being in possession of a controlled drug.

The Court heard that the charge arose from an incident which occurred at Basha 32.2, Travellers Hill, on Thursday 8 November 2007.

Mr O’Dean, who was represented by Lay Advocate Mr Nicholas Hobson, was ordered to pay fines and costs totalling £65.
