Ascension : ASCENSION MAGISTRATES’ COURT

On Thursday 2 August 2007 the Magistrates’ Court dealt with one case of burglary.

The Court heard that the charge arose from an incident which occurred at the One Boat Golf Club,

                                         

On Thursday 2 August 2007 the Magistrates’ Court dealt with one case of burglary.

The Court heard that the charge arose from an incident which occurred at the One Boat Golf Club, during the evening of Saturday 7th July 2007.

The defendants, who were represented by Lay Advocate Mrs Georgina Benjamin, was ordered to pay fines and costs totalling £70, plus £83.17 compensation each in respect of the missing property.
