Ascension : Two Boats School End of Year Awards Ceremony

On Friday afternoon the children, staff, parents and representatives from the organisations who sponsor awards gathered in the hall to round the year off with presentations of certificates and awards.

This year Head Boy Alex Thomas and Head Girl Emma Stroud presented the children with their certificates for hard work and achievement over this last term.  This term congratulations go to Shalane Thomas and Chelsea Thomas who were awarded Headteacher Awards for their achievements.

The house point’s competition for this term was extremely close with Huxley in third place with 507 points, Beale with 545 and the winners Connelly on 551 points.  As Emma and Alex were both Connelly house they collected the house trophy on behalf of Connelly.
