With immediate effect and until further notice the following check-in times will apply to all Northbound Flights Ascension to Brize Norton.

Check-In time for all passengers 0930 on the day of travel at Air Movements.

You will be required to check-in ALL of your hold/heavy baggage.

Once you have checked-in you will be free to leave.

Telephone ext 3319 mid afternoon onwards to ascertain the time to report back to Air Movements for final check-thru to the departure lounge.

IMPORTANT – Please note, passengers are strongly advised that there is an entitlement to one piece of carry-on hand baggage.  This single item will not be checked at the 0930 Check-in, it will be searched when you return for final check-thru on the evening of departure.  The early check-in has been designed to avoid lengthy delays to the passengers whilst the Rapiscan X-Ray Machine is offline.  It is imperative that ALL hold baggage is dealt with at 0930 and therefore please do not return in the evening with more than one item of hand baggage.  Many thanks in anticipation of your assistance.  Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
