It was a lovely Easter weekend, with plenty of sunshine. Mostly dry too, although a few showers brought about a millimetre of rain during early Saturday morning.

ASCENSION:


It was a lovely Easter weekend, with plenty of sunshine. Mostly dry too, although a few showers brought about a millimetre of rain during early Saturday morning. The top temperature of 30.8 Celsius was recorded on Easter Day, Sunday.


 


 


ST. HELENA:


There were a few showers last week, with one or two days proving rather cloudy too, especially during Tuesday and Wednesday. There was more in the way of sunny spells towards the second half of the week.


 


 


UK:


Temperatures are starting rise. There was no sunshine on Tuesday and Saturday at Brize Norton, although it was a totally dry day on Saturday. The sunniest day was Wednesday with just over 7 hours of sunny weather.

Is winter slowly on the way? Friday early morning temperatures fell to minus 2 Celsius and the grass minimum temperatures fell to minus 4.7 Celsius at the same time. There was a few snow showers too. The only dry day was Sunday. The warmest day was Tuesday, when 11.5 Celsius was recorded at the airfield.
