ASCENSION:

Temperatures continue to rise here, and before long, we’ll be hitting 32 degrees in the hotter, northwestern parts of the island. The unusually high rainfall total for Georgetown is courtesy of a sharp shower, which crossed the island on Wednesday afternoon.

ST. HELENA:

It has been often cloudy over the last week, and rather wet too. We’ll see another month of these temperatures, before it starts to become cooler.

UK:

A very changeable week up north, with low pressure dominating the weather. Friday night brought frost and fog, with temperatures falling to minus 8 degrees in the Scottish Highlands.

FALKLANDS:

A generally windy week across the Falklands, but it has remained largely dry. The winds became particularly strong on Friday, with gusts over 40 knots.
