Charges:

1.        Reckless or Dangerous Driving on Saturday 28 January 2006 at the Gannet road near Hogan Bypass Junction; and

2.        Failing to Report an accident on Saturday 28 January 2006 at the Gannet road near Hogan Bypass Junction; and

3.        Driving while unfit through Drink or Drugs on Saturday 28 January 2006 at the Gannet road near Hogan Bypass Junction;
