ASCENSION:

A generally dry week for most of the island, with plenty of sunshine. Don’t forget though, the cloud here is often thin and you WILL burn. At least a factor 15 is recommended; do you ever see a red met man?

ST. HELENA:

There was plenty of fine weather, both to start, and end the week, but the middle was often cloudy with showers.

UK:

It has been mild but unsettled for much of the last week, with Atlantic fronts bringing spells of rain. Over the weekend, high pressure brought a return to colder nights, with some regions feeling Jack Frost’s nimble fingers.

FALKLANDS:

A very changeable week down south. Thursday brought Northerly gales, with winds gusting in excess of 55 miles per hour.
