ASCENSION:

A few light showers, with the majority of the rain at the Airhead falling on the night of Saturday 19th November and into the early hours of Sunday morning. The coldest night of 21.2 Celsius occurred on Monday night (14th).

ST. HELENA:

Rather cloudy through much of the week, although it was sunny for a time during Wednesday (16th) morning. There was a total of 10.9 hours of sunshine last week. It was mostly dry, but a few showers were reported during Friday (18th) morning. Breezy at times too, with gusts reaching 35 miles per hour at some point everyday last week.

UK:

Autumn has arrived. Settled high pressure brought cold and foggy weather to many areas. Sharp overnight frosts occurred too, although it has been a relatively dry week in many areas. Brize Norton struggled to only +0.7 Celsius during the daytime on Sunday 20th. Brrrrr.

FALKLANDS:

Average weather for the time of year. The coldest day and night last week was Monday (14th). There were two dry days, on Monday (14th) and Friday (18th). The wettest day was Wednesday (16th) when 2.6 millimetres of rain fell at Mount Pleasant Airfield.
