The RMS St Helena is looking to hire a suitably trained individual to bring its galley brigade back up to full strength.

The RMS St Helena is looking to hire a suitably trained individual to bring its galley brigade back up to full strength.  This individual should have training in a professional kitchen and have a wide scope of knowledge in traditional cooking methods. 

This position is full time and will commence in January 2006.  All applications should include a CV, details of previous experience and any appropriate references.  Interviews will be held on the 24^th November 2005 a.m. and 13^th December 2005 a.m.
