Have you ever been really excited and had to wait for ages for something to happen and then all of a sudden it is here?

Have you ever been really excited and had to wait for ages for something to happen and then all of a sudden it is here?  Like a new toy coming on the RMS or a birthday party?  … And when you get what you have been waiting for it wasn’t only what you were hoping, but much, much better!!!

Well this week I won’t bore you with the details but Ladybirds had a visit from a team from BFBS T.V. to decorate the building.  I had to wait such a long time too, but now it looks fantastic… much better than I had ever hoped for.

So come on – tell me or draw me a picture of something that you look forwards to.  Lets share that excitement with everyone else on your Kids Klub page

A little link here as the Island has just said goodbye to a real Big Brother star…

A new series of Big Brother has hit the Czech Republic but this time the contestants aren't humans - they're gorillas from Prague Zoo.  (None of them are called Craig!)
Sixteen cameras have been set up in a pavilion housing four of the creatures - adults Richard, Kijivu and Shinda plus baby Moja, who was born last year.
Fans - who can track the gorillas' movements 24 hours a day on the internet - are voting for their fave.
The winner is getting 12 melons instead of money as gorillas love the fruit.
It's hoped the programme will help people learn more about gorillas, with interviews with scientists and other experts also being broadcast.
The contestants will also be helping their fellow creatures as cash raised from the show will be donated to gorilla projects in the wild.
So how about doing as the Czechs have done and create our own Big Brother…filming the Donkeys 24 hours a day and give the winner a dozen carrots!!!

Playground Game

Doctor Doctor:  Best played in big groups.

This is really easy to play but try NOT to let go of each others hands.

Everyone stands in a circle except for one who is to be the Doctor who must stand outside the circle facing away so that they can’t see.

While holding hands, the circle people have to twist and turn and go over and under each others arms.  When in a big enough knot the circle people shout “Doctor, Doctor, we need help”

The Dr has to give instructions and puzzle out how to best untangle the knot without causing anyone to let go of hands.
