The Klinka Klub Committee hosted their 2nd Edition Quiz Night at the Babcock Mess on Saturday 16th July.
Winners: Berad's Bandits
The Klinka Klub Committee hosted their 2nd Edition Quiz Night at the Babcock Mess on Saturday 16th July. We had another fantastic turnout with 11 teams in total participating. These were Giggles, Shipwreckers, Latecomers, No Idea, Scrambled Eggheads, Milenko’s Mafia, Berard’s Bandits, King’s Queens, Prickly Pears, Simple Minds & The Quizinators.
Milenko’s Mafia took a solid lead in the first couple of rounds and looked like were going to have run-away performance. However matters changed after the Cocktails and Dingbats rounds.
Berard’s Bandits kept a solid performance throughout all the 8 rounds to emerge as the undisputed winners. The second place was not as certain, since both Prickly Pears and Shipwreckers were tied at 119 points each. The runner up was therefore decided by one additional question, which Prickly Pears won.

Congratulations therefore to ‘Berard’s Bandits’ as the Winners and ‘Prickly Pears’ as Runners-up and special mention for Shipwreckers as the ‘Second Best’ runner-up!
Giggles took the Booby prize; some say due to too much…giggling!
