TAKE NOTICE that on 14 September 2005 Andrew Kettlewell, the then Administrator, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by s.9 Magistrates Court (Ascension) Ordinance, made the following appointments:

TAKE NOTICE that on 14 September 2005 Andrew Kettlewell, the then Administrator, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by s.9 Magistrates Court (Ascension) Ordinance, made the following appointments:
1. Graham James Cripps as the Clerk of the Court
(this appointment in substitution for Catherine Harris-Cranfield, whose appointment was accordingly revoked); and
2. Marion Leo as an Assistant Clerk of the Court.
